They put in my new water heater in no time. They were called one day and were out to my house the next day. They actually called the same day they were notified by my landlord so they could come out that day but I missed their call and did not know they did until the next day. They made sure everything was working good and lines blown out before they left. Also there was no mess when they finished with only droplets of water on the ground. Very polite, professional and asked if I had any question before they left. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brandon was very professional and on-time. He even walked me through the repair process, explaining the parts removed, installed, and replaced. I highly recommend.

Mike & Brandon replaced the downstairs central heat and air unit. They arrived at the early end of the time window they were scheduled for. They were polite and professional and got the job done quickly. It's great to have downstairs heat again and without all the noise the other one was making.

These guys finally got my air up and running even though American Homes for Rent were just simply uncaring. If you were to come in to the situation, you would have thought Bradley Maintenance and Air was the landlord. If you want someone that cares, working on your HVAC or plumbing, you really should call these guys. I wasn't paid for this review, I did not receive a discount and I am not a family member. Do you remember customer service? It's not just in books and old tales. These guys have it. Hire them if you want to see it in person for yourself.

Very quick, knowledgeable, and friendly when fixing a leak on my water heater. Very reasonable prices as well! I will definitely be giving them a call again if problems arise.

This company was amazing! My AC went out while at work and it was 95 degrees. I got home and it was over 80 inside. A friend referred me to Bradley Mechanical, and they had someone to my house a few hours later and fixed my air conditioner!

If there were more stars i would give them! This guy is amazing. He came out to replace our compressor. After 2 days and it still not working he calls me this morning said im just going to replace the whole condensor and not charge you any more money. This goes above and beyond the call of duty. Will definitely refer him to anyone who needs AC work done.

Gary and his assistant came out during the allotted scheduled time, and hooked us back up. They explained what was wrong with our two AC units, and got us back in the cool air again. Very professional, polite, and focused. I'm very glad our property manager contracts through them! I feel if we have any other issues with the units, we will definitely be in good hands

Brandon installed a new HVAC unit at my house- was even stung several times by a hornets nest by the unit. He finished the work anyway. Also performed repairs on my water heater that was backed up and leaking. Would definitely recommend!

Brandon the owner was very nice and easy to work with. They were very personable and professional, and we were very happy with the service that we got. Our plumbing leak was fixed in a timely way and Brandon the repair man was also very nice to work with. He communicated very well with us and did an excellent job! We would highly recommend Bradley's maintenance service!

Bradley came out on the weekend to fix my air conditioner unit even when he doesn't usually work weekends. Bradley was a friendly guy and knew what the problem was right away and had my unit up and running properly in no time! Highly recommend!
